Name: J. Worthington Foulfellow
Age: 27
Any aliases?: Honest John
Picture:
Any changes to appearance: Foulfellow has a much more professional appearance than his movie debut. He wears a black tuxedo with coattails and gold buttons. He also keeps a red kerchief on his person at all times. His top hat and cane are both black and often look as though he had just bought them. He also wears fulls shoes, instead of only the spats. He can still be found with the old-fashioned cigars like in the movie, though. He gloves are also untorn and freshly pressed.
Filmography: Pinocchio (1940); is somewhat moody of being cheated out of an appearance in "Kingdom Hearts 365/2 Days" due to the disk being a few kilobytes short on memory.
Personality: Honest John is sauve, charming, charisamatic, and as manipulative as ever. Always the gambler, he isn't above making a bet, though he always plays unfairly. He is very much interested in the social ladder and will dig his claws into anything to climb it. Money is also one of his best friends. However, he is quite opposed to the use of "Dip" and has been known to throw members of society out of his humble abode, if the word should so much as come up in conversation. He is not opposed to any other form of violence, however, and is one of the originators of the mallet gag. He even has a special 'hammer time' in The Big Bang, where mallets randomly fall from the ceiling onto unsuspecting customers. However, he generally prefers to use his silver tongue to get out of situations than immediate violence.
Affiliations: Old Money, many of the old 'Walts'
Occupation: Owner of the Big Bang, a club for old-fashioned characters.
Allies: Gideon, Pinocchio, Queen Grimhilde, Grumpy, Doc, Happy, Dopey, and Sneezy (Sleepy and Bashful aren't very social, and he never took time to become friends with Snow White and her prince)
Enemies: Left to RP, Jiminy Cricket, Judge Doom
Family: Attina (Wife), though some have mistaken Don Karnage as his younger brother.
History: John Worthington Foulfellow was imagined initially for the Pinocchio movie, shortly after Snow White had been produced. He was one of those disgusted with the rath amoral original design for Pinocchio the character, though he himself suffered very little changes. He was also proud to be a the antagonist to get the most acclaim in the film, being much more popular than Stromboli and the Coachman, especially with his on-stage performance of "Hi-Diddle-Dee-Dee", and being an antagonist who ultimately received no comeuppance, having his arrest in the movie only be a deleted scene. From the initial success of the film, Honest John was able to make a fine fortune and set himself up in the high society of Toon Town.
Though he made several cameos in large character gathering, such as "The House of Mouse", a production based on a rival club that exhibited film instead of classic floorshows and slapstick comedy routines, he ultimately made his future fortunes out of re-releases of the Pinocchio film and some smaller merchandising, though quite begrudgingly always in the Cricket's shadow.
In more recent times, Honest John has been able to enjoy the company of more recent toons, even marrying Attina, one of Ariel's sisters from The Little Mermaid (granted, it is more of a status marriage and are not much of an intimate relationship). He is a little frustrated with the overuse of computer animation, but considering himself out of his time anyways, is not one to take particular offense. After all, he is more grudging towards Kingdom Hearts, who he was cheated out of a gig with, and Jake and the Neverland Pirates, believing that Pinocchio would have made a better educational series for tots. As the Dip became more popular, he became more adamant that his establishmest should be a (relative) safe haven for any animated characters who trust to enter The Big Bang and has left no expense unpaid for anti-Dip security.
Sample Post: Honest John sat at his usual table in The Big Bang, smoking his typical brand of cigar. He had his feet kicked up on the table as his chair leaned back. He flipped a coin in his left hand as he looked over the usual crowd. "Things have been a little slow recently. I guess it has been a while, since we've had a big spender come in here."
He shrugged himself out of his chair as he began walking across the room. He pulled a mallet out of his top hat and landed it on top of one of the customer's heads, before said customer could give him a hot foot as he passed. He used his cigar to light a stick of dynamite in a martini as he walked along. "Some toons and their regulars." He rolled his eyes as he approached his office door. "Well, profits are down, but at least happy customers mean income is consistent. At least I can be glad for that in these... trying times." Just before he could open the door to his office, he smirked as he saw that old fool Peg-Leg Pete. He pulled a deck of cards out of his pocket. "Well, maybe this will be a profitable evening after all." He grinned maliciously as he made his way over to the cat's table, trick shuffling the deck all the way.
